Our Studio Relaxed Jean draws inspiration from vintage 'painter jeans' worn by artists such as Jean Michel Basquiat. The relaxed silhouette is reminiscent of the workwear jeans that he would wear while painting in his New York studio during the '1980s. This style has been modernised with a tailored top block and shaped leg profile. We've crafted this pair from rigid cotton denim and washed it back to a pale vintage stonewash and finished it with pale wheat threads and antique silver and painted black trims.
